This was taken July 4th 2005 in Grandma and Grandpas yard. He loved that dog! We miss you dad. The reason I picked this is because of the 4th. Dad loved the 4th and all it meant. From The good ole USA and all its history to the 4th of July of today. Family, friends, picnics, fireworks and an ice cold beer. Dad would always ride down the road (in Del anyways) and set off a fire cracker all the way down the road. You could hear him coming. And that was his good ear when he threw them out the window. He could hear it and enjoyed it that much more. But to get the fire crackers to here was the fun part for him I think. There are alot of those stories. So while you go about the 4th think of dad and enjoy your family. Fireworks are harder to find here at home but we are going to look hard. Enjoy your picnics, your family's and remember all who died fighting for our freedom and those who still are!! Love you all, Nora
