Happy birthday to the man I love with all my heart and soul. Kyle is the best. He loves all and feeds all with his love. I love him dearly, I love being with him and just being able to breath with him. We spent all day Saturday antiquing. And then we went out to dinner Saturday night. Sunday we had a birthday dinner for him . He is 49 years old. Of course we had ham, dumpling, sweet potato biscuits, corn casserole, Lima beans (he had a great crop this year but his sweet potato's didn't do well...so far) and of course his banging mac and cheese.
Clay and Becky had a serious card game, 10 point difference when I called them to dinner.
Our new dining area. We bought this oak table when Clay was a baby on the way home from the beach one day. Now it sits by our arch windows. Our new breakfast nook or south wing.
Birthday boy at the head of the table in the north wing. It was a gorgeous day and a great meal. It was also Mom Serman's birthday on the 19th so we celebrated both with a lemon cake.
Our next home project will be the laundry room and the closets/pantry. Kyle and I have a long list of projects to do before the big WEDDING. (I have to get a ticker!! Where do I find those?)
I hope you all had a great week. I have to go see Patti at the dentist Monday morning at 8. Who in the world made that appointment!! But after that Barb and Duane come!! YEAH!!! See you next week.

Well, hurray for September birthdays! I think the dinning area in front of the arched window is just lovely!
