April 2016

April 10th we were married 34 years. We decided to go to our favorite place -

Chincoteague Island, VA.

We splurged  and got a hotel room with a water view. We had a wonderful relaxing time

just enjoying each other.

AND THEN

Miss Harper J joined a soccer team with her daddy as the coach. 

Where does time go. We were just coaching Clay in little league!

 She was a little shy at first. After all it was 8a.m.

 But when she ventured out .......

 She laughed and giggled, she ran, she even ran into other kids, 

she cried. laughed, ate, drank  and ran all over again.

 And then she remembered Pop Pop was there and wanted him. 

So we snuck off with our heads hung low because we love this grandchild so much 

we knew we had to leave so she would participate. We weren't alone though. We walked out with other proud grandparents that had to leave too:) 

And this is what we found. A Parking lot full of vehicles that thought they had to block us in. 

The guy in the back was right up to our hitch. Fortunately Kyle was able to get it off and inch back and forth to get out. With out any damage to anyone. I am not gonna lie, I was sweating with the Sports car there.

And on our way we went!
