October came in with a nor-eastern! rain rain and wind wind. Our bluegrass
festival was canceled the 1st weekend in Oct. But we were able to find good weather and music
other weekends. Above we are at the Milton Park and below at 16 mile in Georgetown.
Both days were sunny and breezy.
although this one ended up with me locked in the chicken house.
Another story for another time.
 On to Halloween...2015
We camped last year at Fort Whaley and again this year. We found out
it wasnt the park you were at but the people you are with.
But we already knew that!
This year we were joined by Harper and Becky. Clay had his knee
operation days before so they decided to ride out of town for the day.
Harper and Briah became fast friends.
They kept Noah and Becky pretty busy.

This little girl loves to be surprised.
She was a kitty and wanted her picture with the big kitty.
 Harper's bestie.

The next generation. Kristen and Noah. They have taken over the McCabe
Halloween decorating. They have an eye for detail and can clean it all up and packed away fairly quick! We have camped just about every Halloween with the McCabe's sense
around 1995. Our children grew up together. It was fun and is wonderful time -still!
waiting for the judging contest to start.

Getting ready to leave the campground and go home to daddy.
Dark came and we were  waiting for the judges ruling on the best
camp site. The McCabes came in 2nd. But thats ok. Last year they won and they will again.
I said good night and left Joe and Kyle reminiscing  about
Halloweens gone by.......and planning for next year.
Happy Halloween everyone!
